13 years of demonstrated work experience. Three years of experience in the private sector software companies; with technical expertise in requirement gathering and analysis, database design, coding, testing, deployment and training end users. Ten years of experience in the health sector on project management, software development, deployment and data analysis in Ethiopia, Kenya and Papua New Guinea. Appointed by the Ministry Of Health of Ethiopia to lead the national COVID-19 response digitization efforts.

Currently working as a Digitization Director for the USAID’s Digital Health Activity; leading the development, customization and scale up of eCHIS, EMR, iHRIS, MFR, eRIS and supply chain health information systems in Ethiopia.
